Full Service Area ListCombis suit 1–2 bathroom properties with reasonable mains pressure (1.5+ bar) — no cylinder, instant hot water, smallest footprint. System boilers (with an unvented cylinder) suit 2–4 bathroom homes where multiple showers run simultaneously. Conventional (regular) boilers with a header tank suit older properties with weak mains pressure or hard-to-replace pipework. We size based on heat loss and hot-water demand — not on what's there now.
Worcester Bosch (Greenstar 4000/8000) — UK market leader, 10-year warranty on the 8000 range, excellent parts availability. Vaillant (ecoTEC plus, ecoFIT pure) — German engineering, very quiet, 10-year warranty, best long-life value. Ideal (Logic Max, Vogue Max) — competitive price point, 10-year warranty on flagship models, strong UK support. We don't push one brand — we recommend based on your property's demand profile.
If your radiators have cold spots, the system is over 8 years old, or you're installing a new boiler onto old pipework, a power-flush is essential. We use a high-flow pump to drive cleaner through every radiator, removing rust, sludge and limescale that would otherwise migrate into your new heat exchanger. A magnetic filter is fitted at the same time to catch future debris.
Landlords are legally required to provide a Gas Safety Record (CP12) every 12 months for every gas appliance in a rented property. We diary, attend, inspect, and email the certificate on the day — typically within 60 minutes on a single-boiler property. Block bookings for portfolio landlords get priority scheduling and a tiered price.

A power-flush forces a chemical cleaner through every radiator and pipe to remove sludge. You need one if your radiators have cold spots, the system is 8+ years old, or you're putting a new boiler on old pipework — otherwise the sludge migrates into the new heat exchanger and kills it.
